Similar Design & IP68 Water Resistant
It seems as though Samsung has realised that, too and is porting some of the S7's features to its new phablets. The latest, that I have confirmation of, is the S7's ruggedness. According to Sammobile, the Note 6 will have the S7's IP68 rating. That means that the body will be water resistant to a depth of 1.5m for up to 30 minutes. This is more than enough to withstand a dunking in a bath, basin or toilet. In addition, the phone will be dust-proof, so you'll be able to use it at the beach or while doing DIY without fear of clogging the insides of the phone up. It's good to see Samsung take these steps, as tougher phones are something that everyone wants to see.

Release date and price
So when can we expect to see the Note 6? Samsung traditionally releases its Note devices in the autumn, and so far it hasn't given us any official information that this is likely to change for the Note 6. This is because it normally shows off its new Note handset at the IFA tech show in Berlin, although it did hold its own event in August for the Note 5's launch last year.

Operating System
The device will be running on Android’s latest technology, Marshmallow 6.0. With this platform, the performance will be highly improved. It will lighting fast your personal and professional work and you will truly enjoy using it.

Processor
It added: “As for the other internals, it's pretty much inevitable that Samsung will cherry-pick the best Exynos or Qualcomm Snapdragon chips at the time, as it has in previous years. The only question is whether it'll have an upgraded Exynos 8 Octa chip ready in time (so far nothing has been announced), or whether Qualcomm will have refreshed Snapdragon 820 silicon ready to go for fall 2016 devices (again, nothing has been announced.)”

In an another report, It is expected that the Note 6 will have a Snapdragon Qualcomm octa-core 2.9 GHz processor. This will enhance its speed and functionality.

Battery
The Smartphone will come with a powerful battery with a capacity of 5500 mAh. Therefore, users should expect more active hours with this device. So, you no need to worry about finding charge point while traveling or in car. If you fully charge it then you should able to use your device for entire use without any issue.

Camera
The device will come with a dual camera of 30 MP in the rear position and 7MP for the front camera. It will have dual flash too and would have extra zooming features too. Samsung will add some in-build camera functionalities in Galaxy Note 6, so that you can take powerful snapshot of your favorite spots.

Display Size
This phablet will have a sizeable display of 5.8”. This will make its viewing experience better.

Storage:
"In addition,” reports GSM Arena, “the rumour also notes that the handset's screen will be pressure-sensitive with 1,024 pressure points. This, however, doesn't seem correct as it's a downgrade from the Note 5, which already has 2,048 pressure points. As for the other specs, the phone is said to be powered by two different chipsets (like it is in case of the Galaxy S7 we assume), and will have 64GB and 128GB UFS 2.0 internal storage options. The rumour also notes a 12MP rear camera with Super OIS.”

Wireless Charging
The Note series will from this device henceforth embrace wireless charging as a feature of the phablet.

Sensors
There will be additional sensors in this device. Some of the top sensors will be barometer, compass, dustproof, heart rate, thermometer and dustproof sensor.

Scanners
The samsung galaxy note6 will also have a scanner for fingerprints and retina. It helps you to lock your important files and data. You can use that to lock entire phone too.

Fast Charging
Despite having a powerful battery capacity, the device will allow for fast charging as a feature. In just 5 minutes, a user will be able to charge the battery enough to last for 4 hours.

Samsung could also spec the hell out of the laptop element as well. Things like a 4K display and a decent keyboard and trackpad would make the device very attractive to users and, unlike Apple’s iPad Pro, actually provide an all in one phone, tablet and laptop experience.

Google’s Material Design ethos is leaning towards a unified platform across devices, but it’s still not quite as desktop orientated as Windows. It’ll be interesting to see how things change as iOS and OS X continue to merge, and Microsoft is understood to have big plans for Windows 10 as a unified system. Is something already afoot at Google HQ in this regard that Samsung knows about? It’s all intriguing stuff, but we probably won’t get any answers for a while. We’ll be sure to let you know when we do hear more about Samsung’s hybrid projects though. Stay tuned with us........
